This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing

This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing car-buying experiences I’ve had. I purchased a Mustang from Acceler8 Performance for $30,000, and within one day, I took it to a mechanic to get it checked. What they found was unacceptable for any dealership sale: The front left headlight and turn signal didn’t work because it was completely disconnected The EVAP tank had a hole in it and was zip-tied to the vehicle The passenger-side window controls didn’t function at all The windshield washer fluid system doesn’t even spray—it leaks out instead These are not minor issues. These are basic functionality and safety-related problems that should have been addressed or disclosed before selling the car. On top of that, the salesman skimmed over and downplayed the accident history on the Carfax, which only became clearer after the purchase. When I reached out to them about the major issues (especially the headlight and EVAP system), they initially ghosted me for several days. Then, out of nowhere, their mechanic texted me saying I could bring the car in—after I had already authorized and paid for repairs myself just to make the car usable. They never reimbursed me or took responsibility. Communication completely fell apart once the sale was done, and I also received no real help regarding title updates or follow-up questions. Overall, this experience showed a clear lack of transparency, quality control, and accountability. If you’re considering buying from Acceler8 Performance, I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection beforehand—or better yet, going somewhere else entirely.

I called and spoke with someone about a car, they / she

I called and spoke with someone about a car, they / she made it easy, "come right in." I get there, WOW, Luis.. I guess is a salesman. Also they should share you have to fill out an application that will hit your credit, for a TEST drive, and to find out the car doesn't work correctly. WOW. You also wonder has do places like this stay in business. Positive reviews, umm might not be the truth.

Went to a mechanic pre purchase and there was over $1500

Went to a mechanic pre purchase and there was over $1500 of work needed on a car. They wouldn’t negotiate on rate but they agreed to fix ALL of the work. Within 1 hour told us it was all done. It was not possible to fix it in 1 hour. The issue was with the control arm, suspension, and brushings. Then told us oh we aren't fixing that because its cosmetic... suspension isn't cosmetic. And it is sold as is at the listed price. When I asked more questions about it being fixed- they said nevermind, gave me my money back, and told me to leave. Oh and I have video of the OWNER calling me a Puta.

Bait and switch…….

Bait and switch…….Went to see a car that was advertised online. Got there, drove it, like it, no haggle on advertised price. She presented a sales contract with an additional “Other $999” fee that couldn’t be explained. So left and left the car on their lot. Was searching a couple of days later for similar vehicle and saw the same one had increased price by $1500. Guess they finally decided to “un-hide” the surprise fee buried in the contract. Buyer beware. If you decide to do business with these guys, review everything carefully.

We were in the market for a vehicle and came to impress motor used car lot. We spoke to the sales rep, he took us around the lot looking at different vehicle, and we found about four vehicles in our price range. We are in the process of purchasing the vehicle within the next few days.
