I've had nothing but amazing service, weather it's a question to oil changes to buying cars. John George has sold me every car and everytime it's been straight forward and a very easy process. And it's always what I want. Even when I come back for service John always stops and catches up with me.

Very easy process to complete the sale and change vehicles, they handled it all and I drove home a new truck and hour after starting. They offered services I didn’t know dealers had.

As I am shopping from a remote location online, I have

As I am shopping from a remote location online, I have been gathering all the important info before purchasing. Salesman and I have been going back and forth for a week. I made an offer that was accepted. No deposit was asked for, and I was not told I needed to pay in full. Deal would have been finalized but bank was closed for Veteran's Day. Saleman and I talked and discussed that we would finalize the deal the next day. Called him on my way to my credit union, and he tells me the truck sold. I had already bought a plane ticket and hotel room to pick this truck up. Was told there was nothing else he could do, and management could'nt care less. I have filed a complaint with Ford Corporate. Salesguy gets a 3 star only due to the fact it was managements fault
