Another pleasant purchase experience
It was time to change my vehicle again. Having purchased three vehicles in recent years from Beasley Ford and remembering the exceptional and friendly service I have received from them with these vehicles over the years it was an easy choice as to where to go this time. I dealt with Owen Ferrell for my previous purchases so I went straight back to him again this time. For once I did not have a clear idea of what vehicle I wanted to purchase but Owen was available and open to discuss vehicles and options - including a Ford vs Lincoln choice. Through a process which involved many discussions, emails, phone calls and a test drive I eventually came to a decision and Owen was able to find exactly the vehicle and specification I wanted. I would highly recommend Beasley Ford and in particular Owen Ferrel to anyone. Whether you know exactly what you want, or need some time to work that out, Owen is patient, knowledgeable, helpful and most of all (rare in a salesperson) not overbearing. He wants you to make the right choice rather than just sell you a car because he wants to deal with you again in the future. Owen deals in both vehicles and relationships, something I place a high value on. Five stars all round and I know who I will be talking to when my next vehicle purchase is due.

Our experience with John Herbst was a very good one.

Joe Ginnetti is great to work with. He explains every step of the transaction as you go through the process of purchasing a vehicle. We bought the wife's Escape through him and now I just got a F150 from him. Both times were pleasant experiences.

Gary goes above & beyond
Gary really helped me figure out what I wanted. When I saw the Escape Titanium on the showroom floor I knew that was the one. Gary went well above & beyond to get me in that SUV..which I absolutely appreciate to no end! He will be who I refer anyone to that is looking for a Ford or Lincoln!
