Throughout the entire experience, we were told by other employees "be patient" he is new around here, in reference to our salesman Jamie. Turns out, he did his job better than the rest of the folks we dealt with throughout the process of buying our car. The finance manager gave us the wrong term, we asked specifically for a 5 yr finance plan, he returned from his office with a 6 yr plan. Gave us the standard sales pitch, "not much money in this deal for us", "we have it priced to sell, if it doesn't sell at this price, we will have to send it to auction which means we lose a lot of money". Turns out THEY bought it from auction!=they SAVED a lot of money! Claimed it cost the dealership a lot of $ to certify the vehicle as preowned and extend the power train warranty to 7 yrs. Due to this being a Ford Focus, with a DCT transmission, FORD automatically extends the power train warranty!! (Google it!). Went to sign the papers-nobody knew where the title was?

We did everything by text and e-mail because I told him upfront will not sit in dealer for 3 hours . After we tested drove and we decided this is the car we are buying Derrick made it happen . All paper work was ready He brought to my place of employment took 10 minutes to sign everything picked car up that night .
