I had a great experience buying my car from Emerald Motors. From start to finish, everything was smooth and straightforward. Derek, the salesperson, was incredibly easy to work with—very personable, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Gauge, the manager, was just as great. Both of them made the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable, which is not something you always get at a dealership. What really stood out to me was how easy it was to work out the price over the phone ahead of time. There was no high-pressure sales tactic when I arrived—everything we discussed was honored, and they were very fair and reasonable on pricing. The car itself was exactly as described—clean, in great shape, and no surprises at all. That level of honesty goes a long way. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend Emerald Motors to anyone and will definitely work with them again in the future.
