Drove 2 hours with an agreed upon down payment which I talked about over the phone to a representative. When I arrived they told me my minimum down payment was 10k which was half the car. Waste of a day. Talk in Spanish right in front of you thinking you don’t know Spanish

I helped my mom purchase a vehicle here February 24th. They initially lied to us about the “promotional offer” they had. They were not upfront about the price of the car. When we finally negotiated on an agreed upon price, they sent the wrong amount to the lender. As of today April 25th they still have yet to refund the $3,508.60 owed to us. I’ve made several calls since February and have gotten the run around every time. They have been very unprofessional and underhanded every step of the way. I would highly recommend to save yourself the trouble and choose another dealership. Still waiting for a manager to call me.

I went to 8 different dealerships and they all kept dancing in circles with the numbers. When I called Xclusive, they were upfront about all the fees and explained their process clearly. When I arrived, everything was exactly how they said it would be. I was in and out in 53 minutes to be exact! Adam and Ralph are absolute beasts at what they do. Thank you to the entire Xclusive team for making this such a smooth experience. I will definitely be sending my family and friends here to purchase their next vehicle!

Crooks. Sold my son an unsafe vehicle. Within 24 hours he discovered the car needs $3,000+ in front-end repairs and they turned their backs on him. Terrible people who have zero interest in forming customer relationships.

If I can give no stars I would. These guys are your basic bait and switch con artists. I came in to check out a 2010 Honda accord for $5695 as advertised online. As soon as i told them what car i was looking for they magically changed the price to $6,999. Took them a bit to locate the vehicle even after I made an appointment. Finally find the vehicle to see it has a Check Engine Light on. We get back to the dealer after the test drive and now no one has a code reader. They want me to sign a piece of paper so that they can run my credit when i was planning to pay cash. So instead of giving me a cash price we get a breakdown of a finance price with add ons such as $996 dealer fee, $980 document fee , $1500 for a lowjack system that I DID NOT NEED. Said the bank needs it in order to sell the car which is xx. $1000 for a glass coverage or something (insurance literally exists) and many more. A $5,695 car is now $12,000. I laughed in the fake drakes faces and left. NEVER GO HERE!!! RIP OFF!!!

DO NOT BOTHER TO BUY HERE!!!! I completely agree with other reviewers. I called this dealership before driving there. They affirmed that the price listed on cars.com is accurate plus doc fees of 999.00 and registration and taxes of 499.00 The dealership is small and the building is a former gas station with a garage converted to so called showroom. When we got to discuss the money the financial manager, he started like this "5600 mandatory down payment, plus blah blah blah". Asking price grew from 24K to 31K. What are scammers!
