Total xxxxxxxx! Do not go there! Save yourself the frustration and lies. The price online will be nothing like what they will ask for. You have to pay $1000s more to buy the car. They will ask for money for additions you didn’t ask for like a $699 vin etching (<$100 cost), GPS, etc. they asked for $4000 more tha advertised even after I had called multiple times for the all in price. They did the used car salesman I need to ask my manager four times! It would have been comical if not so ridiculous.

The only car buy of my life “ bought 6 cars so far “ that had hidden charges and different fees “ … str8 up wouldn’t recommend .. now just found out need to take my own car to get inspected , when was told we take car of plates and tag , I will never do business with this dealership

Made an appointment to see a specific car.
Made an appointment to see a specific car. Confirmed the appointment before I drove two hours up; because I was really interested in this car, I was willing to make the trip. Fought traffic on the Turnpike and the Parkway only to be told (in the parking lot at the time of my appointment) that the new owners of the car were driving off with it as we spoke. Yep, the car had been sold. Whether the salesman truly didn’t know it had been sold or it was just a way to get me “in the door” is beyond me. Either way, that’s four hours of time I won’t get back. Honestly, would be concerned to purchase a car from a group with this level of (un)professionalism.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! Bought 2019 Honda odyssey from them sticker price was 29000 they did not negotiate on that on top of it Kamal keeps pushing extra services to buy. - five-year paint protection and oil package vin etching for 3K plus I said no Kamal got mad, left the room saying something urgent came up will be right back made me sit for one hr. Then he agreed to cut additional costs in half. Which I also agreed with frustration biggest mistake on my end. Anyways, day came went to pick up the car after three days car was dirty not cleaned and paperwork was all wrong had to be redone 1 hour process took us 4 hrs. and Kamal still trying to push me for getting their warranty for additional 4k. After picking up my car while driving home released ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL NOT WORKING. Called them back immediately Kamal was busy so I was told he will call me back tomorrow, he calls next day told him about the issue says no worries we agree on taking car to Honda dealer near me, they diagnosed bad front camera, cost to replace $2500 I send estimate to Kamal he said this is too much will have to talk to his manager CASEY she will call you back in a day or so. No one called back for week finally she does she Sayed its use car you have to expect something wrong while I was told by Kamal everything is been checked and nothing is wrong with this car so then she says her manager will have to deal with this issue again I here nothing for a week finally there GM called and says sorry nothing can be done with this car we have spent too much money for this car !!!!! - I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with CARTOPIA46, If you anticipate needing any post-sale support or having any issues with car they will not fix and its not just me there have Manny other reviews with similar experience !!

I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion in June of 2025.
I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion in June of 2025. The price was advertised as $10,000. I called and asked about fees and was told there was a $899 fee. When I got there they tried to add 2 more fees on for a total price of about $14,500 and I had to negotiate them back down. But that is to be expected. However I also noticed 2 things were wrong with the car. The AC and HEAT were reversed and the USB outlet was not working. They promised to fix both quickly. They have not responded since. Now that I have the car for a couple of months I also noticed the transmission is not working 100%. BUYER BEWARE.
