Beaver Mazda

We visited Beaver Mazda for an oil change and tire rotation. We were onsite for about 2 hours.

I originally purchased my vehicle from Beaver Mazda and continue making the 2-hour drive from out of state for service because of how consistently kind and helpful everyone has been. Cody especially has gone above and beyond since day one with communication, professionalism, and genuine care. He has a way of making customers feel informed and supported even when answers aren’t immediately clear, and he intuitively knows the smartest steps to take while guiding you through stressful situations so you never feel left in the dark. That kind of leadership and customer care is rare and truly appreciated, and it absolutely reflects throughout the department. Devin has also always taken excellent care of my vehicle, and it’s obvious he truly cares about the work he does. The technicians at Beaver Mazda treat your vehicle as if it were their own, and that level of care and attention absolutely shows. Even during difficult situations, I’ve always felt the entire service team was on my side and real effort being made to help and find answers. Beaver Mazda is changing the car dealership experience for the better. Very thankful for the care they’ve shown me throughout my ownership experience.

Grant, Kindie, Derrick, Antonio, Cody and the G.M. Austin were superb. The team at Beaver Mazda all work together to make the most enjoyable car buying experience. It was the smoothest and shortest car purchase I ever had. You would be missing out on the most relaxed purchase if you don't give Beaver Mazda an opportunity to WOW YA!! Very easy process from start to finish...beautiful dealership and Andrii and David were excellent sales people The only thing that bothered me was in the finance office I paid my deposit with my credit card for $1700 just to get the points and when I got home I was charged a service fee for using the credit card.Was not told of the charge and was handed a piece of paper showing $1700 charged to my card.I would have used my debit card if told of the service charge to save the fee.Other than that I was very happy with the service.

Amazing experience, start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Yanira, Scott, Antonio made the entire process easy and stress free. Caring, compassionate and friendly. This was our first experience with Beaver Mazda and it was great! We ended up purchasing a used CX-70 PHEV. Their sales staff were excellent, specifically Tytiana and Shelby. We did a lot of communication through texting, email, and telephone, their responsiveness and support of questions was first rate. The company came through with the final negotiations, thank you Antonio (business manager?). And to top it all off, Tytiana delivered the car to us. All in all a great job! Thanks.

Dropped my car off at the service department after hours. They identified the problem and informed me the next business day. Made the repairs and kept me informed during the process. Easy pain free process!
