I brought my car in because I had a klunk noise coming

I brought my car in because I had a klunk noise coming from the rear, they found the problem right away and took care, very pleased with the service dept.

This place is horrible to deal with.

This place is horrible to deal with...after our bad experience when we got the car ( see my other review) now I'm trying to get service scheduled for it and its not any better...I cannot get into the website to schedule an appointment, I try calling but nobody answers, I send a message through the website and finally somebody calls me back just to find out they do not have appointments when I need it but when they feel like working...I only go there once a year for a free inspection and maybe I shouldn't go there at all...buyers beware.

FYI...that "free" inspection that I mentioned is not really free...they give you a free state inspection, but they charge $50 for the emission part...I do not think I need to mention this at this point, but I will not go to this place ever again.
