I made an appointment for Jeep service for ONE THING. I dropped my Jeep off the evening before. I get a call AT THE END OF THE DAY the day of my appointment for them to tell me the part they need (THAT ONE THING I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR) is on back order and there is no ETA for the part. Why did I make this appointment over a week ago if they weren’t going to have the part, and why did it take them all day to even begin working on my Jeep when they asked if I was going to wait for it. They said it would take two hours. I’m sick of dealing with such incompetence. 0/5 stars.

Rothrock Nissan is about 110 miles and a 2 hour round...
Rothrock Nissan is about 110 miles and a 2 hour round trip with tolls from where I live. I hate to travel 5 minutes out of my way for anything but gladly made that trip and purchased a 2021 Nissan Kicks for sticker price during the inventory chip shortage. Rothrock, GM Nate Marinelli and Ethan MacLean treated me fairly and with respect. While waiting for the vehicle to arrive during transit I was kept informed and my text or email questions were always promptly answered. It should be pointed out I live a 1/2 mile walk from a Nissan dealer I previously purchased a 2020 Kicks from in 5/2020. I tried buying an additional Kicks from my local Nissan dealer (this time a 2021) but they tried ripping me off for $1,200 over sticker for the identical Rothrock vehicle during the inventory chip shortage. Another dealer 1/2 way between me and Rothrock tried ripping me off for the identical Rothrock vehicle for $3,000 over sticker. I would again gladly drive the 110 miles and 2 hours round trip again to purchase a vehicle from Rothrock Motor Sales for the fair deal and respect lacking from other 2 other Nissan dealers.
