Dan was an amazing salesman. He was very professional...

Dan was an amazing salesman. He was very professional and attentive to our needs. We had a very limited budget and living solely on SS. He explained that we could take a minimal loan and keep a little cash on hand so we didn’t drain our funds for a manageable payment. He was also training a new salesman and was very helpful explaining the entire process to him as well. My dad who is not easily impressed was very pleased with Dan. He couldn’t speak enough about him. We can not go without mentioning the sales manager and how professional he was explaining all the documents to my dad, as he was signing and made sure he understood everything. Thanks for making purchasing the van a great experience and an easy deal.

Having purchased a RAM 1500 Tecstar is like not having a vehicle at all! Modifications made during the Tecstar fit-out have rendered the trucks safety features inoperable. After several return trips to have the issues corrected service manager, Patrick stated it can not be made to function as intended and blames Chrysler and Tecstar. The window sticker clearly states "fully warranted" . Look at the current "Spider' vehicle on their lot and associated sticker and you will see the same claim but its only warranted until it breaks or becomes a problem. Now entering 32 days, no truck, no resolution and no plan to resolve from Chrysler Customer Care(less) Everyone is sorry for my troubles with the truck but the payments keep coming, Sorry does not cut it! Now Rothrocks wants my auto insurance company to pay for rodent damage. So when do rodents do damage? When vehicles sit unused such as when they are broken down. I drove my truck daily until December 20th when it became inoperable all while out of town. A nearby dealer corrected the run issue, ran computer scans and checks and found only limited issues on January 4th. Then I needed to transport the truck back to Rothrocks to complete repairs. I am left looking for a replacement truck and my only recourse for damages and financial loss is through the courts. I recommend every person considering a Ram look at the numerous online complaints around the electronics Let's see if Chrysler returns calls when the payments stop coming.

The dealership explain everything to me about the car features. The dealership offer me Nissan connect. They review the quick reference guide to me. They also review the Service and Maintenance guide to me and the quick reference guide too. They explain everything to me. They ask me did I had any question too ask? I said no you tell me everything I need to know. I like how they work with me when I was at there establishment. I appreciate everything they did while I was there. I would recommend them to anybody.
