I always just drop off my Jeep and me and my wife go for breakfast. It's always done or close to done and washed by the time we get back. Great service.

I was told I could drop my truck off for a state...

I was told I could drop my truck off for a state inspection. So I brought my car in, I was told to come back between 2-3 o’clock. I showed up at 2:30 and my truck didn’t even move from where I left it. Then when I showed up they made a point to bring it in which I was told wouldn’t be long. I ended up leaving at 4:15. Almost 2 hours later than I was told it would be done. Then on top of it they decided to take it upon themselves to change my oil which I ended up paying for. I had just gotten my oil changed a week and a half ago. So there was a waste of money. I would like a manager to call me to discuss my horrible experience. If I don’t hear from one I will be calling on Monday 1/3/22.

Excellent service, dropped my truck off and came back for it, everything was good to go and they even washed it! The little clean up definitely is a nice touch!

Everything was perfect for us the car was ready for our test drive and the staff had the paperwork ready to fill out and we won the with our new Rouge with in a hour and half Great job and this was the 3rd car we bought from Rothrock Class Act!!!!
