Tecstar Nightmare! Purchased a $70,000 Ram TecStar...
Tecstar Nightmare! Purchased a $70,000 Ram TecStar addition truck. Has NEVER functioned correctly. Returned several times for repair. The first trip to have the speedometer recalibrated and the park assist corrected. Was returned with only the speedometer repaired. Waited several months for a module to be developed to fix the park assist. Module installed but still not working correctly. Dealer deactivated the park assist function. Have had wheel sensor problems and most recently a check engine light. Contacted Dean Rothrock by email, never responded! Truck is now unable to driven, broken down out of state and no one can even give me date when it will looked at. Took 3 phone calls just to get Chrysler roadside assistance to show up, total $%^#@ show! Lets see how they respond to legal action and refusal to pay. Nothing but promises to address but never a call back, just me calling again and again.

I went for an oil change and ended up changing the battery, the light bulb on the plate and I don't know how many things from their recommendations, when I return home I check the inspection papers that they themselves did on October and the battery was perfectly fine and in fact I never had a problem starting the car so obviously I feel ripped off.
