The experience started off well, Tony the salesman was...

The experience started off well, Tony the salesman was awesome and obviously cared. He was patient and thoughtfully answered my questions. Not only was he kind to me but watching him interact with the other patrons, ones he wasn’t even selling a car to, showed me he was genuinely nice, not just trying to sell a car to a chump. Rich Skibinski, the finance manager, was strangely the complete opposite. Not only did he repeatedly try to make me feel pressured to buy extra warranties and options I politely declined, but was also insulting. Told me I “obviously didn’t know what I was talking about,” rushed me through the paperwork, and wouldn’t give me 5 minutes to square away the insurance. To his credit, he was pleasant after the transaction was complete. It’s hard to give a single rating as Tony was really great, but if you’re looking for a car here avoid Rich at all costs.

The person who took in my car was very nice and as helpful as he could be. Sadly, that does nothing to help me fix my computer problem with the car.

After visiting several Chrysler/Jeep dealers in the...

After visiting several Chrysler/Jeep dealers in the area, one of whom didn't even know that ordering a vehicle for a customer was an option (probably too much vigilance needed), and another who felt that we should be jumping for joy that he had an ugly green Jeep Gladiator available and we should drive away that day to the tune of $54,000, we went to Rothrock and met Wes Maxwell. Wes was helpful, well-versed with his product, and willing to order our vehicle the way we wanted it to be. Some issues in manufacturing delayed the car for 5 months, but Wes was always there with updates and confident that we were making progress. When we requested a trailer brake control be installed, Wes ordered it promptly so when the vehicle reached Allentown, installation did not delay the delivery of our car. Upon delivery, Wes was thorough in answering every question and covering endless details, and we were glad to know it is Rothrock's policy that a salesman's job doesn't stop at the delivery of the car, Wes will be there to help us with any services issues which may arise.

Sales staff were great. Timely service is a challenge. And still have unanswered questions about Uconnect other features. Manager reached out, I called back and got voicemail. Haven't heard back from weeks ago. Buy there and service elsewhere I'm guessing.

My results were based on an experience I had there quite some time ago. I received an email to take a survey and did so. I received a similar response to the one I just received here and DID eventually follow the instructions to call the service manager. I left a VM with my information and never heard back.
