Made appt 2 weeks in advance and took off from work when I got there was told the only person who could do the work was off that day and service writer was very rude said,I don’t know what to tell you you’ll have to come back another day.

This is not the first time I’ve had this same issue. I have an appointment time and then my car sits in the line where I got out of it for 20 minutes or more, then after it’s done it goes back to the same area and sits for 30 more minutes before someone comes to let me know it’s complete. This is almost an hour of my time wasted, extremely annoying and frustrating. Then for this particular visit for some reason it took 2 hours to inspect/emissions on my car, with it passing. I’ve done this work and there is no reason to take that long unless something unforeseen happens and you can’t get a tire off or something like that. But that was not the case here. In all, almost 3 hours for something that should be done in an hour or so.

The service department lacks communication skills... BIG...
The service department lacks communication skills... BIG Time. We dropped off our truck on a Sunday evening for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation to be done on the following day. We didn’t get the call to say it was done until after 4:00. We drove the hour to the dealership to pick up the truck and we were dropping off our van for inspection to be done the next day. We called the dealership after 4:30 to find out if the van was done. My husband called first and got voicemail. So I tried a different number and also got voicemail so I chose to go to the operator. She couldn’t get a person on the phone either so she put me through to someone’s voicemail. I was told that service was in the office until 5:30. I left a message at 5:15 explaining that we needed the van the next morning because I was traveling out of town, to please call us asap. My hubby said let’s just head down there and get it. I double checked the hours and found that they were open until 7:00. We got down there around 6:30 and found the service area was dark. Luckily my husband brought the extra key and we found the van parked with paperwork on the seat and an updated inspection sticker on the windshield. Today, two days later, we got a call that the van was ready for pickup!! My husband told them to send the key to us and to get their xxxx together
