My family have been Rothrock customers since the 1970's in Fullerton. My mechanic, Patrick Sellers is the best. He's fast, friendly and efficient. My inspection was done promptly and properly. I'm a Rothrock customer for life!

Had my car in twice in the past week. My check engine light is on again 1 day after picking it up. Trying to call to schedule an appointment and no return call.

It’s a scam! You test a vehicle, you say yes to it, sign...

It’s a scam! You test a vehicle, you say yes to it, sign all the paper work. Then you’re hit with the “I’m sorry there’s been a mix up”. You’ve actually just purchased the same vehicle, same year…just not an SV, rather an S FOR THE SAME PRICE! Also, no sunroof…OH AND THERES DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE YOU JUST PURCHASED, DIRTY ON THE INSIDE. oh don’t worry, we’ll fix the damage and clean it up. This happened on a Saturday. Have called now for 3 days and no one has returned my phone call for an update. It’s now Thursday, 5 DAYS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CAR I PAID FOR!!! Can we say BAIT AND SWITCH AT ITS FINEST! Please… BE WARE!
