It was a nice and easy experience Eric is Wonderful and super friendly!!. I had a bit of an issue with my car but they were Super involved and i had nothing to worry about. Patrick the manger is amazing gave me great tips and great customer service.

Called about recall for engine module update and said i already had fan done on my 2016 jeep renegade which i paid out of pocket. Sent my gf and they made her sit there for 3 hrs changes the fan and now my radiator leaks. They told me i need a new one. Worst experience ever!

I have to wait more than 40 mins to get my car. Only 1...
I have to wait more than 40 mins to get my car. Only 1 person to help customers and most of the time I am the only person in that room. When you are told your car will be ready, when the customer get there, the car is not ready and have to wait for more than 40 min. That’s not acceptable. The car was dropped off the day around 4 pm.

Asked for tire pressure to be checked. Told it would be checked. I am reasonably sure it wasn’t. Arrived at 7:15 am 8/7 3 vehicles in front of me oil and filter change and tire check wasn’t completed until 8:45. Is this express service?
