Went to Rothrock with my Jeep Liberty.The vehicle had...
Went to Rothrock with my Jeep Liberty. The vehicle had engine issues. The suv would just stop. The next day the service writer called me and said they needed four hours of diagnostic time to fix the electrical problems with the suv. They kept the vehicle a week. This time a manager called and said they wanted more money to keep working on the suv. I asked what was the electrical problem that they found? None! Wanted to rebuild the top of the engine? I asked what was wrong with the engine and he didn’t know! He did know it was going to be a lot more money. After spending over four hundred dollars on just diagnosing and still hadn’t given me an answer on what is wrong with my vehicle I realized that I was getting ripped off! I paid for the diagnostic time and took back the suv. You claim you are a dealership for Jeep and can’t even diagnose one in four hours ? That’s pathetic and not acceptable!
