Took several minutes for someone to come out from service...
Took several minutes for someone to come out from service check in. Was there at 2:30 pm and was told that it would be a 2.5 hour wait for just an oil change - with no customers in sight. Had nothing else to do so I figured I would wait. Actually got done in 45 minutes. So it worked out ok.
