I watch them hustle from the point I arrive inside the...

I watch them hustle from the point I arrive inside the drive-through reception area taking, care of those customers before me. They always greet me as soon as I am next in line, ask me why I am there, and get me inside to a service adviser and promptly take my car into one of the service bays. I could be wrong but it APPEARS that they are somewhat short staffed right now, so the few that are there for the early appointments I usually choose HAVE TO hustle to make up for the lack of help. Hopefully more help will be available in the future. One thing that I do have to mention about this last visit is that when I arrived at the dealership on time at my chosen appointment of 7:30 a.m., the garage doors to the drive-thru drop off were not even open yet and there were 5 other cars ahead of me. Best as I can recall I waited for approximately 15 minutes or so to get inside. I don't know what the delay was that morning, but this is the second time this has happened. I later was told that although my appointment may be at 7:30 to 7:45 or so, the technicians do not start working untill 8am. So take this for what it's worth since I don't claim to know the workings behind the scenes. All I know is that I had an appointment time and they were not even open at that time.

Bad. No one greeted me like before. Didn’t do the normal inspection/health of vehicle that comes with oil change. Disappointed with entire service.
