Very disappointed
Appointment was at 4 - did not leave til 6:30 Answer about heating system to technical so I was unable to conprend and walked away Charged different price then quoted Usually give you a quick wash. Was never asked not was done

Excellent Salesman
I went to Hart Nissan in Mechanicsville on Saturday 17 November. However, what drew me in was the Salesman Daryl Johnson, can I just say Wonderful. I sent him an email based on a flyer I received from him. I was drawn to it because he added his picture to his flyer which made him seem personable. I told him whatvcar I was looking to buy and that is the car he was able to help me get my financed. I would definitely recommend this Dealership and Mr. Johnson

No hassle experience
Went to several dealerships and Hart Nissan exceeded my buying perception. There was no hassling. I stated what I wanted to pay and they countered. That was it. Hart doesn’t play the game of what monthly and final price game. Pick one or the other. Refreshing!

bad experience
Just bought my truck a year and 1month ago only put 7000 miles on my Nissan armada. Took it to get second oil change and they said I needed new shocks and all my fluids change immediately . SMH couldn't believe it.

They were genuinely helpful and nice in the service department Other than the salesman we had at the OLD dealership, prior to Hart, I was unhappy with all aspects of our deal and would have, should have, walked away from them. But, at Hart, they were great and they weren't selling me a thing. They didn't make a cent off of us.(I purchased a service plan with the car purchase). I am handicapped and they all jumped to help me. It was so appreciated. Neither of us can remember any names, but the young lady who did the scheduling, was the first to greet us and begin the great experience.
