Very pleased with the service

I was very pleased with my service this time. I had an appointment, but forgot to include inspection. Todd Adelgren said he would try to get me in but could not guarantee that it could be done this day. He got it all done and earlier than expected.

Oil Change

I was very disappointed when I had to pay $41 and some change for my oil change not once did the rep mentioned to me that it was going to be a cost after letting her know I was leaving Richmond Nissan to switch to your location because it was closer to my home now I will be going back to Richmond Nissan where I don't have to pay and that I am honored membered not once did they consider refunding me my money back or apologizing for not letting me i had to pay If I had known it I would have never schedule the oil change with Hart Nissan. I did not know that you all did not honor the same at Harte Nissan and for that I will not be recommending anyone to your establishment for services

Excellent car buying experience

This has been a great car buying experience. We recommend this dealer for their great customer service, with no pressure to buy. We weren’t rushed even though we took an extremely long time to decide on the vehicle we wanted.

Great experience!

I would like to thank Daryl Johnson and the Harte Nissan team for providing a great experience every time I visit. Lovely experience!

The introductory to Hart was very heart warming. I love coming to this dealership and I live 1.5hrs away. Even if it’s for an oil change, I’ll drive out here just to hang around and chat bc they’re like my family! Everyone here really loves there job.

Professional staff knowledgable and friendly.

I highly recommend Hart Nissan. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Dave Chandler provided excellent service and is friendly. His knowledge of the vehicle I purchased was superior.

Great Service

I called made an appointment. Was told on the phone I would need to drop my vehicle off and they would work me in. Well I did not have to leave the vehicle because they took me right then and serviced it. I was greeted with a warm smile and a nice hello and on top of that they had doughnuts. They truly made my day. Thank you

Exhaust system replaced,oil change, alignment

Repair took longer than expected. Service people kept me updated. Johnathan explained things in detail. Would like to come in at least once get the work done8 and not be given a list of things that I could have done.

My Maxima needed an oil change. It was completed in a timely manner. Suggested other items my car needed to have done with no pressure.
