Very accommodating

Everyone there at Hart Nissan service center were friendly and Helpful. Genell Duncan is great at what she does! She made sure that I was pleased with services performed.

All good

Straight forward with no surprises.Process was well organized, unlike their competition.Everyone I came in contact with was quite friendly. It was worth the drive from the west end.

Great service at Hart Service Department!

Sheehy Nissan is now Hart Nissan. I'm glad to see that Janelle, our Service Advisor, stayed on with Hart Nissan. As always, our experience in getting our Nissan's serviced has been the best possible positive experience. Thanks to Janelle and our complements to the new Hart Nissan for making this dealership even better.

Superb! Exemplary!

Hot Dog Diggity Dog! My wife & I have clearly found our new Car Salesman Mr. Darryl Johnson. Mr. Darryl was referred to us from my Mother that he had recently sold a Nissan Rogue to last year. Darryl was honest, calm, humorous and portrayed a plethora of knowledge in his Elite circle of the car sales side of things. We will definitely be referring Mr. Darryl to other family and friends

Amazing customer service & excellent speed in service repair

I was an idiot - a complete idiot and inadvertently put diesel in my 370Z. In a state of panic, I got the car towed to Nissan in Mechanicsville, VA and from there it was such an ease! Service Manager Paul Woods was amazing - great customer service, very knowledgeable and very patient. I explained about my idiocy and he went out of his way to assure me it happens often where people bring vehicles in with this situation. He reassured me my car would be taken care of and that I did great making sure I didn't start the car with the diesel in it. That was the evening before they closed. I had my car back the next day in just as good shape as before I lost my mind. (lol) I can't say enough about what excellent customer service and actual service on my car that everyone did - down to the sales people being very friendly and striking up conversations to the young lady that I checked my payment with - I highly recommend using Nissan and will for all my service needs and any cars I may need in the future!

Good service

Daryl Johnson is always a pleasure. He has helped with the purchase of my last 2 cars, and it’s apparent that he appreciates repeated business. On my most purchase, Daryl worked for 2 days to get my deal right. Very impressive service!

Easy scheduling, completed as promised

I had been intending to schedule an appointment. I called. They said can you come in within the hour. I was greeted immediately as I drove in. My service was estimated to take about 45 minutes. It dId and I was on my way to my next activity for the day! Coffee, donuts, great service!!!
