Dealing with Darren was a joy.

Dealing with Darren was a joy. He treated us with fairness and transparency and we would highly recommend this dealership. Scott and Juan were also a pleasure to transact with, and made the stress of buying a car during these stressful times, actually enjoyable!

This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.

This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Besides. 15 minute wait to talk to anyone, the showroom was uncomfortably quiet, with desks crammed together like a call center. When I mentioned I was short on time, a sales manager loudly said, “Well, you shouldn’t have come in then,” which is shockingly unprofessional. Another employee brushed it off with a dismissive “ok,” as if that kind of behavior was normal. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine the service after the sale. Save yourself the frustration, there are plenty of dealerships that will actually respect your time and business.

Justin was extremely easy to work with. He put my preferences and sensitivities first. He worked hard in a polite and professional manner to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. Disingenuous service management misrepresenting the

Disingenuous service management misrepresenting the status of repair process, poor communication and customer service, understaffed and subpar performance on deliverables, unreliable in maintaining documentation of prior service. Going forward I will find a different Ford dealership for any service or purchases. Very disappointed in the experience with Scarsdale Ford.
