So far not a pleasant experience. Dealer never did a 160 point check and now wants to charge me over $550 - $600 for tires, balancing, alignment, filters & throttle valve cleaning. The Advertised price was $24,999 and they changed $25,999 plus $1000 for shipping. I wouldn't recommend that dealership. They should honor their price and 160 check, not charge the customer.

In August, of this year, I was searching the "Cars .com" web site, for a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup, and found an ad, on the Santa Fe Mazda, (2704 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87507) listings, that interested me. It was for a 2005 Ram 3500 Laramie. At first I was rather interested, but as I read the description, and studied the photos of the truck, I noticed that the dealer description, and the photos did not match! The dealer remarks stated that the truck had a 6-speed manual transmission, and dual rear wheels. The pictures clearly showed the truck had SINGLE rear wheels, and the interior xxxxxxclearly showed it to have an AUTOMATIC transmission! I have written to both the dealer, and to "Cars.com", about this, and have not received answers, or explanations about this error!

Two times we bought vehicles from this place. First one was a truck. What a bad experience with that. Several years later we bought a van. Several days after we bought the van we noticed the sliding door would not shut correctly. I called them told them what was going on. They never called me back. Years later I went to trade in this van to another dealership and we found out the van had been in a major accident before we owned it. The air bags had been deployed and it seemed like the odometer had been messed with because the milage did not match up. Mazda of Santa Fe sold me a van that should have never been sold. I was Recently cleaning out my file drawer and found my paperwork though them and found the car fax. When I looked at the vin numbers they did not match. It makes sense to me now because when I called around for car insurance they told me I kept giving them the wrong Vin number. After several attempts they told me to go to motor vehicle. It was too much work so I went though a different insurance company. Only if I would have listened. I gave them a rating of one star but truly it's a zero

I have been to many Volvo dealerships over the last decade, None are cheap for service. This one is beyond reasonable. If you place your service people on commission this would likely be the result. Stay away of get a second option always

Bought a vehicle and was mislead. I gave them my hard earned money, hoping they would do their job. They lost my information, and paperwork was messed up badly, but was able to cash my check right away. Basil (finance manager) was unorganized, never returned call, confused me for someone else. Dont do business with this company, you'll regret it. Shame Shame shame

Worst car buying experience ever. The sales staff and management have no idea how to handle customer service. I bought the vehicle and after that they mishandled all the paperwork. Our sales woman who is also a manager accepted no responsibility and tried to place blame on others. There are a lot more details but never again.

I bought a brand new volvo from them and it was nothing but a money pit after warranty was up. Every time I needed a new part installed it was no less than 1,200. After 60,000 miles every thing starts to give out or they recommend you replace this or that. I was so disappointed I traded it in for an American made and very happy with it. Our daughter also bought an suv volvo here and right after the 5 years of payments they wanted to soak her for a 6,000 in repairs. Rather than paying this much she is also getting rid of it. Buy American, never buy a volvo. They say it holds their value, try trading it in. Such a bunch of bs.

Shabby and dishonest dealer. I bought a new Mazda a few years ago and after the sale closed they claimed I owed them nearly $500 before they would give me the license plates. I managed to verbally beat them into submission on that one. Thinking it might have been a one-time experience, last year I tried to lease a new car from them. We found something we liked at a price that worked for our budget. SURPRISE, SURPRISE! About three days later they call up and say they goofed up on a calculation on the lease agreement and we're going to owe them nearly $100 more per month. No prizes for guessing where I told them to put the car. I decided I just didn't want to do business with such xxxx, so I returned the car and cancelled the lease. Never, ever again.

I purchased a vehicle from Santa Fe Mada at a tent se in Socorro NM. I noticed the vehicle was leaking oil as well as the air conditioner didn't work. I tried to return it the next day, the "bank president " (which I now found out was from my the finance company was a lie, no banks were present.) I recieved a statement payment from a credit union. I called the bank to ask what Ican do about the repairs. After reviewing my loan documents provided by the dealership to the credit union, the bank discovered the dealership COMMITTED FRAUD in order to get my loan approved. THEY LIED ABOUT MY INCOME AS WELL AS THE TO VEHICLE OPTIONS. My car is a base model however they submitted paperwork saying the vehicle is fully loaded. The Attorney General is aware. If you have also been frauded by SANTA FE MAZDA please contact the District Attorney.
