Absolutely the worst customer service. Kept a deposit because we backed out of buying a car because they lied about the car. In all my years I never saw a group as shady as this dealership.

I purchased a 2020 Lexus IS 300 from Strategic Auto in November 2024. I waited med to post a review just make sure the car wasn’t a complete lemon! However there are so many good things I can say about these guys at Strategic Auto. I wanted this car so bad, and after processing the paperwork I was short on my down payment. They showed me something else and I refused it and they didn’t try to pressure me to get something else and I greatly appreciated that! I said to Sam that’s my Lexus don’t sell it! Came back 4 days later and got the car. They are so friendly and helpful. Anytime I need them to look at something they are always willing to help me if they said they were going to do something they came through! I told Sam and Byer we’re friend’s forever!

Scam dealers. Buyer beware the dealer Sam talks a very good game but snake oil salesman like his owner. Sold me a 16 Charger with a shotty put-together front end. he told me the accident wasn’t that bad and it was fixed. The bolts are not even intact with the panels. it could fall apart anytime. didn’t even let me return it after 3 days. i even offered to pay shipping! BUYER BEWARE! Scam artists looking for a quick buck.

I will definitely be sending them lots of potential customers, they deliver what they tell you , i have been searching for a C250 and every dealership gave me the run around except strategic auto group they deliver what i was told easy to deal with no back and forth go see these guys and you will not regret it!!!!!!!
