Didn't get my tire rotated.

Didn't get my tire rotated. They forgot. Now what? Not happy. Very not satisfied. I feel like what else autostar lie.and say they did something and didn't. Very unhappy about my tires not being rotated. Instead, I spent 630.00$ and still wasn't satisfied. I needed my tires rotated and I was adamant about that part of the service. I would have paid for that part of the service. Not sure if I want to do business with Auto Star simply cause of one big fat trick that my tires were rotated and the fact that I was charged 630.00 $ and still not satisfied. I will take my business elsewhere to get my tires rotated. I will only do warranty related things there on my 2025 jeep. My car is still under warranty 6 months old and I had to spend 630.00$ I feel like Auto Star is ripping me off and I will get to the bottom of this. Thanks Allen

I bought my 2017 Ram from the dealership back in 2020.

I bought my 2017 Ram from the dealership back in 2020. I have had all of my service done there and have had excellent service every time. I will keep giving them my business whenever my truck needs work done.

I recently purchased a used Subaru from the dealership.

I recently purchased a used Subaru from the dealership. The pricing on the vehicle was competitive to the overall market, but the difference in my final decision came from the deal I was able to make, the overall service from the sales department, and ultimately the exceptional care by the financing and closing department. David Gilbert in sales was informative and helpful. Daniel Hutchins provided thoughtful conversation, explanations, and instruction for the final financing, warranty, and paperwork. The fact the dealership is in town and has a highly rated service department is also a plus. I will likely be a repeat customer, although hopefully not too soon. Subarus are great for our high altitude climate and having a responsive dealer in town is a bonus.
