I'm from out of country and was directed to Starling Ford in Titusville. I can't say enough good things about the team at Starling Ford. My Ford Ranger was in the shop for several days for a seatbelt issue and key replacements and the level of professionalism was top-notch from start to finish. A huge shout out to Dave in parts- he was incredible. He quickly and efficiently tracked down the exact replacement part needed for my driver's seatbelt installation which saved a lot of time and headache. I also want to recognize Mike Young, who oversaw the entire process. Mike's attention to detail while managing the repairs and getting my new keys made was impressive. He kept everything moving smoothly and ensured the work was done right. The entire staff was courteous, professional and efficient throughout the week. It's rare to find this kind of dedicated service , and I'll definitely be back. If you need your Ford serviced, go see Mike and Dave. F.B. Jamieson (from Canada)

I have bought a few trucks from them and we finally decided to step up to a F250. I had a whole team of support during the process and the truck was just what we wanted/needed.

When I had the 10K service done, I asked about the fuel filter change and was told "that isn't done until the 20K service." Just had the 20K service done. When I asked about the fuel filter, was told" Ford's prepaid maintenance plan doesn't authorize that until the 30K service." Since I paid upfront for service, I'm expected to run the original fuel filter in a modern diesel engine until 30K miles?

Over priced, but that’s most dealerships, money over quality. Money over customer, they are good at greeting but your just a number after.

Price far exceeded the estimate. Write was claimed to be done that wasn’t done. E.g., tire pressure and window washer fluid. I emphasized these items when I brought the vehicle to the dealership. I have been going there for many years and have never had such poor service. Looks like time to find another place for service.
