Service center never answer phone. Tried for 6 months to use the center. Pointless they dont want your business. I go to a Ford dealer down the street cause give a dang. I'll go to Charlotte for my new vehicle.

Stay away from this dealership!!! Bought a $23,000 used car that I found on-line and I live 2 1/2 hours away, dealt with Christian--salesman not at dealer when i showed up to pick up with a trailer, car was not detailed, car had less than 1/4 tank of gas, someone stole the floor mats from the inside that were in the photos on-line, it has been over 30 days and still not registration or title- I have called and messaged 5 separate times and no response, they figure I will just go away. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO EVEN BE OPEN!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. CLASSIC CDJR I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE ON 8/18/2025 @ 3:55PM, YOU CAN LOOK UP MY CELL NUMBER AND SOMEONE SHOULD CALL ME ASAP!!!!

Service Team is amazing from the Service Tech up to the Manager. Do not let the "Newness" concern you. This team is very knowledgeable, and effective. Make sure that you bring your vehicle soon before the word gets out, and they become slammed with business! It is so great to have a repretable dealership in town again.
