Very nice guys to work with.

Very nice guys to work with. We bought a used suv we found on line. They gave us a good price for our trade in but couldn’t come down much from the asking price of the vehicle we purchased. The process of buying the vehicle took several hours. Was tiring. But they were great to clean the car and fill it with gas before we left. We are happy with our purchase.

Thank you, Janey, for your honest review! I am glad we found you the perfect vehicle!

Nissan is having huge discount right now. They are shown on most prices from nearby dealerships. However, this dealership doesn't have that. They may give one or two rebates but not all rebates. He explained that due to different cars (older manufacturing) and different pricing. I think that's totally bull. Just search around then you know the lies they told. They have always been expensive. Do buy from them.

We bought a used 07 Gmc Yukon with a 30 warranty. While driving home the suspension light come on. So i took the yukon back to Jerry Damson Nissan for service before the 30 days were up and i received a toyota with bald tires to drive 3 hrs back home. Two weeks later i call them to get an update. The Used car manager says there is nothing we can do for YOU. Beware of this dealership!!!! Dont make the mistake i did buy your New Nissan @ a different dealership.

I purchased a 2005 Infinity G35 used on 10/27. When I was told to pick the car up that afternoon after transferring my auto insurance the car low beams did not work and I was given an appointment for 10/28 to have the torn leather seat repaired, The service department opened at 7 AM so I got there at 6:45 AM and was the first car there . The service rep, Shannon , was aware of the headlight problem from the previous day. When I told him that the leather repair guy was to look at the car between 9-10 AM he said that they would wait until he was done before they started work on the light problem. When the sales rep arrived at 8:10 AM I told him that I was angry as the service department was not even going to start work on the car until after 10 AM when the leather person was done. Dereck, my sales rep, told me that he would take care of it and he gave me a loaner car and would call me when the car was done at my home. I waited until 11:40 AM and called Dereck for the status . He told me that they had to do more than they thought to repair the seat and I would have to bring the car back on Tuesday. He said he would check with the service department and call me back regarding the lights. After 2 hours and no call I called and Dereck was out on the lot with a customer. I talked to Shannon in service and he said they were working on it. I then spoke to the used car manager and explained the situation and asked if we could cancel the sale. He refused and said that they would fix the car as promised and it should be ready in 3-4 hours. I told it was not acceptable and that I would be filing a better business and consumer affairs complaint. He did not seem to care. This dealership was in such a hurry to make a sale that they released a car to me with no headlights , with the weather forecast of rain, which requires that you drive with your headlights on. There was also 2 side marker lightsthat did not work. I was not even offerred a loaner car to get home so had to take the vehicle. I seriously caution anyone from buying a car from this dealership.
