Worst experience ever, dealer staff do not take

Worst experience ever, dealer staff do not take responsibility for damage to my car. and was not fix the mechanical condition wright and after I took it back to rectified the problem the technician did not do correct it and my windshield was broken.

my bronco sport truck has been making a noise when

my bronco sport truck has been making a noise when reversing. I have taken it to the dealership three times, the first time they checked the parts they needed. The second time they didn't have the full pieces. Last time they fixed the bug, but it's still crashing.

Everyone was very professional and courteous.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. The facility is very clean and organized. Finance Manager knew his product very well and informed me of all optional warranties and it's benefits without me feeling pressured. Great buy from a Great Team!!!

Great purchasing experience I've ever had. Marco in the sales department was always there and ready to answer any of my questions and always kept me updated on my order that took time to get. Well worth the wait. Cedric in finance was also great with what he does, not pressuring whatsoever, quick and thorough. Great job El Centro Motors!
