El Centro Motors - Great Service - Every day is Bronco Day! The staff was courteous and helpful. Fair price. Mike Morris worked to get my Bronco ordered and delivered. All agreements from the dealership and from Ford were honored. Financing was a smooth, no pressure, good rate, experience. Everyone was kind and upbeat any time I stopped in to ask questions. I had a great experience ordering a vehicle from this dealership. Highly recommend!

Everyone from the owner to the staff are/were super

Everyone from the owner to the staff are/were super friendly. The transaction was smooth as silk and everyone got us in and out in probably the fastest time I've done a dealer transaction. No gimmicks or mickeymousing with pricing and the truck was fully charged before we even got there (3rd EV, first time dealer did that for us). And we enjoy supporting our local businesses!

This is my first time buying a car at this dealership.

This is my first time buying a car at this dealership. I really didn’t expect a great buying experience due to past experiences and feedback from friends and families. But, I was pleasantly surprised by my buying experience. I received the utmost respect as a buyer and felt valued. The most important thing for me was the honor of the MSRP. There was no deceiving or switching of the price. These are difficult times and the car buying experience has changed dramatically from the past, so I appreciated all the help I received from all the staff I dealt with. I will definitely recommend this dealer to friends & family and spread my positive experience.

Mike Morris and his awesome salesman Marco Martinez helped me to secure my 2022 Ford Lighting. I cannot say enough about the great customer service that Marco provided me before, during and after the sale. Marco is detailed oriented, solution minded, and he listens. I have bought three cars from Marco, and it has been a great experience. After the purchase of my Lighting, I also received a call from Mike to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and with the sales process. I took my 2010 Lincoln MKX in for oil change and general

I took my 2010 Lincoln MKX in for oil change and general check. El Centro Motors provided great customer service and the maintenance was right on target for what was needed. No high pressure “trying to get me to do or buy something not needed” just positive service all around.

Customer service horrible!

Customer service horrible! Dropped my car off via appt Friday morning may 20th I had to keep calling to get an update on my car for THE SCREEN and the girl was unhelpful.. called all day and finally get an answer almost towards 5 to be told they have not found out what’s wrong with my screen and my car would stay there literally right when they are about to close and gave me the option to come get my care before they close and they would continue Monday to work on it as if I can gather all my kids into my other car that doesn’t fit them in. Yea okay .. Monday comes and here I go calling and calling to get info on my car and like Friday I get ahold of service manager just to be told they still working on it and I can go last minute for a rental .. again like all my kids fit in my car to just run over to get a rental … we go Tuesday morning to get papers for a rental which I was only given a rental of 5 seating when I have a seven seater car in the shop .. call Wednesday for info on my car and nothing no returned calls nothing .. Thursday called left a voicemail and get a call back later saying car would probably be ready at one .. one comes and I call and call and nothing .. By far worse customer service I’ve had I will go to calexico instead from now on

This company can’t even accommodate my recall I clearly have a letter saying I have one but this company won’t accommodate it!
