First let me say I do NOT like car dealerships, AT ALL! My experience today may have changed that. My day began with Christine on the phone about a car I saw online. Ended with me driving 45-min to test drive and ultimately purchase said car. She was amazing start to finish and explained all the bells and whistles on my new baby. From Curtis the sales manager, Robert in finance, and Mike the GM who greeted us on our way out the door. Will definitely refer this dealership to others.

They helped me a lot all through out the process even now that I have bought the car. They never pushed me to anything and they were willing to show me around for both used and new cars. Oscar, the one that helped me, not only is very knowledgeable about the cars. He also has a personality that makes it easy for customers to give requests and ask questions. Wonderful car buying experience. The plug in hybrid I wanted took almost 5 months because it's a plug in hybrid they were slow on production due to demand. Carlos Carranza kept in touch with me, giving me updates for months, not being annoying or pushy, just informative, knowing I was in an extension in my current lease and time was of the essence. Thankfully, my car arrived on Thursday this week and he called me immediately and we picked up the car today. What an incredibly professional experience from start to finish. Was a great overall experience with Oscar and all other staff I interacted with. They were happy to work with me and were very helpful in answering all my questions. I asked a lot! What's most important to me is a friendly and honest discussion in the buying process. They are doing some renovations at the moment, but I'm glad I stopped by. Most of my time was spent with Oscar, and appreciateed his thoughtful questions. Curtis was also helpful, and I have to admit, this was by far the best experience with finance I have had. Horrible. requested for a final price including fees and taxes asked twice never heard back from Jocelyn Rodriguez Very unprofessional only concern was setting up a test drive. Hard to do when I'm 400 miles away.
