This is the second and last bad experiance we have had here, last because we will not be returning. The first time we dropped our Wrangler off to fix a noise problem. They called us back with an estimate of around $11,000. Obviously we took it for somewhere for a second quote. Another shop looked over the dealership's quote and told us most of the parts they wanted to replace did not need replaced. They ended up fixing the issue for $1,100. $9,900 less than RC. The second time we dropped it off after a hit and run accident. We dropped it off May 11th. They did not have it done until June 17th. 38 days later. They were in absolutely no rush to get it done. They ordered parts over a week after they knew they needed them. They kept finding more things that needed fixed, which is fine, but again they waited a very long time to order the parts. They kept blaming the insurance adjuster for the delay, but I was in daily contact with the adjuster. They also kept trying to use OEM parts even though insurance was not going to cover them. They kept telling me how much out of pocket it was going to be to use the parts they wanted to use. It was just zero regard for the customer from start to finish.

Very fast friendly service. The oil change and tire rotation only took 12 minutes. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

The man in the service department was very nasty to me and treated me very badly. I had the lady working there help me with my problem. I am very upset that I was treated that way there.

I trust the service Manager, He is easy to communicate with. I don’t feel he will trick me into unnecessary repairs. I drive 30+ minutes for service because of thi reason.
