They communicated with me very well during the process of my engine replacement and did it as fast as they could although jeep manufacturers kept delaying the process.

The service department is an amazing place for all my oil changes and Dodge Journey service I may need. Great place for tires. Always friendly and helpful. Gary and his staff are very courteous. Thank you for your service.

They did amazing when I went to get my car they actually tired to help me and they did awesome I recommend them

It took a few starts for my car to behave as expected - didn't recognize key fob in car or out of car until 3rd start after service. Grease on front bumper. Didn't like that being told Chrysler will not believe me, despite my $30K+ investment in their product; I can't be the only one with the issue, so it would have been more palatable to know the company would be willing to explore their own production quality issue. No Chrysler repurchase will be in my future.
