Sam, my service advisor (manager) went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I needed major repairs on my car and he did his best to keep the cost down and get the car back to me as soon as possible. I have never dealt with a service advisor that was as efficient, caring, and communicative as Sam was. I would recommend dealing with Stivers Ford due to their great service department as well as their on site service that allowed me to be at home when they serviced my car. Sam deserves a raise !😊
