Horrible experience. Came in ready to make a purchase. Offered a fair price just slightly less than their online price but more than the lowest price over the last 2 months. They refused to negotiate. And they insisted I must purchase the $3000 Family Guarantee add on. While we were talking, the sales manager jacked up the online price by $2000. I walked. They are now trying to sell it for less than I offered.

The service was excellent. The staff was very professional and attentive. And the response time was very fast.
