It was bait and switch, the car I was interested in was "gone" when we arrived but still on the website and amazingly enough the same thing happened on the same car the next week.

4 emails, 3 calls and all different t sales people. They were unsure if they actually had the vehicle any longer. It became comical after a while.

Asked them to confirm the vehicle was available and received a text stating that it was absolutely available, and they would have it ready for me to test drive when I got there. After an hour drive there, they told me that it was no longer available and they had sold it the day before. Typical trash car dealership xx. That’s why no one likes car dealerships. Underhanded and dishonest. I will NEVER go back there or to any other Clay Cooley dealerships.

Lies. Deceitful. Bad people from the general manager down. Be warned and very careful. And when they say included, they are charging you. And there 3 days and 7 days car return policy, they will not honor it.

Bait and Switch! I responded to the advertisement on cars.com for a new RAM 1500. I contacted the dealership thru the site and was told the price was accurate and it was available. When they 'worked' up to price for me it was $10k higher than advertised!

I am still waiting for the promised wheel security socket & tire jack for our 2023 Jeep Compass purchased in Nov 2025 ... It is now Feb 2026 and still haven't received either!

Vernon helped me out as a service rep and he was wonderful. He was knowledgeable kind and willing to help any way he could. These guys are wonderful here. I recommend this location.

I had a nail slow leak before I took it for an oil change. It slipped my mind to ask the technicians to see what was causing it. After I got my car back tire light came on and reminded me I had a slow leak. I checked it out and found a nail in the tire. I'm disappointed because the tech told me everything was good so obviously they didn't check the tires like they said.

I purchased my vehicle back on December 13 and still don’t have the registration sticker and the excuse I get is oh you need to go to a different dealership and I’ve gotten the runaround for over a month now and I can’t perform my job without a registration sticker and the excuse I got was oh well if you get pulled over by the police, your cars were registered just because you don’t have a sticker I’m not interested in getting pulled over by the police and that’s unacceptable and your dealership is corrupt
