Excellent service on repairing everything on my 2012 Jeep wrangler sport that was purchased from RD Chevrolet , The service department made sure the jeep was completely road ready and safe ,. They will be my next choice on my next jeep. But definitely not the Chevrolet dealership on any vehicle in the future !

It was a terrible experience. My vehicle was there for 7 days and i paid 2800$ an it didn’t work for a week. I was ripped off an I also feel like if I was white the manager would have helped me better than she did. I had my compressor replaced a then they say that the airbags went out a wanted more money about 3k more an had to replace the part that I already paid for. My truck didn’t last a whole week before the part had to be replaced again. I should have had the option from the start to delete the compressor an add shocks for one price. I am very upset about my money a can’t drive my truck because I fell like I was robbed for 2800$. The manager is horrible and do t have any understanding because it’s not her money a she don’t care. My truck is still not fixed and im out of money. I have so much to complain about this lady.

This was the easiest deal ever. I made the deal by email and phone and got a great price. I flew into New Orleans, and they picked me up at the airport. Brandon was very accommodating and understanding to my needs. A++ dealership

Jushon was amazing!!!! I active-duty military and I was home helping my family with a serious illness. My orders only allowed me to be home for 2 months, I drove down to be with my family, and something seemed a bit off with my Jeeps performance. However, I thought I was paranoid because I had seen that a recall was out for my Jeep make and model. Just to be safe I called the closest dealership Ross Downing. The last thing on my mind was my Jeep having an issue, however it did need to be fix and it was going to put me right on the deadline date that I had set to return to my duty station, additionally I needed my Jeep to transport my family member to and from the doctor and to run errands for the house as well. I was on the verge of panic until Jushon told me he worked out a solution that I could have a rental until my Jeep was repaired and if it passed my deadline to leave that Corp Offices supported mt taking a rental back to my duty station and would ship my Jeep to me. I was shocked and I could not believe that Jushon went out of his way to ask the questions nor that the dealership could support but I was very much thankful and relieved. He was amazing, communicated very well and was so understanding. Honestly nothing I could say would ever match how grateful I am for support during a seriously difficult time with my family. Thank you so much.
