I was blessed because what I wanted was just dropped off the truck. I took it for a test drive, and I was sold. He gave me a great deal on my trade-in. He got me the best savings offer they had. Saving me almost $10,000 off the sticker price. The financing was amazing; they got me what I thought was a deal on my APR for my credit score. Ross Downing Jeep in Hammond,La has had our Jeep in service 1.5 months of the last 2 months for warranty work, it is now August 2026. Out of the last 2 months, Ross Downing jeep had the vehicle for 1 entire month and now 2 weeks and counting. We have asked for a loaner vehicle for the these 2 weeks now so we can have a way of transportation while our vehicle is being serviced. We are continually being told there is no loaner vehicles and being left in the dark with little to no updates on our personal vehicle. We will never use or recommend Ross Downing dealerships for any reason, either sales or service again. This has been an overall negative experience that has been eye opening to the customer experience of Ross Downing Dealerships.
