DO NOT buy from Gravity Autos. I regret doing business with them. I did everything I could to make sure everything was in writing but now will be forced to go to court to try and recoup my losses. If I could give negative stars I would. No matter how good the car looks online, you can find it somewhere else and avoid all the lies and dishonesty. I live in Texas. I bought a used Tesla from them in Feb 2026. Before buying I confirmed in writing that the car included Full Self Driving (FSD) and that it would transfer to me. I was told multiple times it did. I even received it in writing. It didn't come with FSD. They lied. When the car arrived the tires were all flat with on 3 of them the steel belts were showing. All needed to be replace just to drive car. $1,750 for tires. I had to have the front end aligned as well. Another expense just to drive. There was undisclosed damage everywhere door dings, dents and scratches. They told me there were none - it was perfect minus one "front bumper ding". That "ding" is a hole. A full on dime sized hole. One of the cameras was broken, $350. Worst of all the front subframe bolts were almost completely unscrewed. And they had rattled around in their holes routing out the metal. They were going to unscrew all the way or fall out at any time. Tesla said the car was unsafe to drive - as in front end was going to fall off and a cause major, fatal accident unsafe. Not a matter of "if" but of "when". The repair just to make it safe was $3,500. The interior wood was scratched and looked awful. Gravity Autos blamed me for the problems, yelled at me, and said the car was sold AS IS. I’ve spent nearly $6,000 so far fixing the problems with the car just to drive it. And to add to it, they were supposed to register it in Texas and send me plates. I paid for them to do that. 60 days later, I still had no plates. So I went to the DMV and waited 3 hours and finally got them myself. Gravity Autos lies, hides damage, and refuses responsibility. Do not buy from this company. You will regret it. Find what you want somewhere else or live in regret like I do.

I bought a 2025 Escalade V for 175K that unfortunately had a dent which I saw once I got home. I called them immediately and they did not believe me. I was very disappointed that they didn’t want to make things right. I had the dent fix for $300 and it looks great. For this reason you have earned 2 stars from me. This dealer needs to listen to their clients and not be so money hungry. What’s $300 when I just bought a car for 175K. Good luck in the future Gravity Autos!

I recently purchased a 2020 Porsche Taycan from this dealership. On the positive side, the sales and financing process was quite smooth and efficient. Everything seemed great until, just a couple of days later, I noticed the dashboard was already warped— most likely from heat exposure. This was an issue that clearly existed when the car was sold to me, and unfortunately, it was never disclosed by the salesperson. When I reached out to the dealership to address the problem, I was essentially given the runaround. Despite initial promises to look into it, they ultimately told me there was nothing they could do. In other words, once the sale was done, I was left on my own with a significant defect. In summary, while the initial buying experience was pleasant, the lack of transparency about the car's condition and the absence of post-sale support left a lot to be desired. I'd advise future buyers to thoroughly inspect their vehicle and ensure all issues are on the table before purchase. *Update (10/31/25) They essentially responded to my review by implying that I hadn’t actually shopped with them. They provided an email address for me to seek further assistance, but they didn’t respond to that either. Below are some photos of the license plate border and transactions from my bank to confirm that I did indeed shop with them. Please disregard any previous statements I made about still recommending this dealship. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, not even an enemy. Update 2 (11/24/25): A few days ago, someone from their concierge team called to check if I had set up my payment account properly. I told her everything was fine on that end, but I also reminded her about the dashboard issue I’ve been dealing with since the purchase. She said she would get back to me about it — and just like everything else with this dealership, I still haven’t received a follow-up call…. Still wouldn’t even recommend them to an enemy 🥲

Don’t trust this dealership! So many hidden fees and pricing is all over the place. Different pricing on website, cars.com and others. Very bad customer experience.

we paid a refundable deposit for a car. the salesman misrepresented the financing terms and we were unable to get financed or insured. Seller has stated on multiple occasions the refundable deposit was already processed but that was untruthful. they have been holding the deposit for almost 3 weeks.

This dealership sold me a 2015 Range Rover sport 2 years ago. I paid over 33k cash upfront. I traveled from Colorado to Florida to pick it up. The vehicle had new brake pads on worn rotors, leaking water pump, failing fuel pump. Contract stated they would pay for parts within 30 days of purchase, they didn’t. 2 years later and I still haven’t received a title for the vehicle. I’ve called them no less that 20 times. Nobody there will help, can help, wants to help resolve issue. I’ve contacted the police at this point. Super disappointed. Whole lot of f’ing around with a whole lot of finding out coming soon.

I inquired on a pre-owned GT-R as I am sourcing from out of state. They were very friendly and accommodating, never crossing the line into "pushy dealership" territory.
