I bought a car from wow auto in January. They never processed paperwork and place now place is shut down. Jon was the salesman these people are scammers and I’ve contacted the attorney general for this issue

JON WAS KIND AND MY SALEMAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THE BEAUTIFUL RECEPTIONIST IS EXTREMELY PLEASANT, I TRIED CALLING BUT NOT RESPONSE, IF YOU ARE STILL IN BUSINESS GIVE ME A CALL, I'M LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CAR. I recently bought a car from them this previous December, and I called when my temporary registration was almost expired. A lady answered the phone and told me that the person who deals with registration recently underwent a surgery and she would leave a message. No one ever got back to me and now the phone number to Wow Auto is no longer able to accept calls! I went to the location and they were “closed for temporary construction”, and provided the same phone number to call that does NOT WORK! No one is answering me and now my registration is expired and I do not have the title, nor does my bank! These people are frauds!!!

He's a zero and a thief.purchased a car Nov 13 25....still no title or registration....they never sent my paperwork to Harrisburg..they did not pay off ACV CAPITAL who financeed their purchased of the car and still retain the title until WOW pays it off. They now have locked the doors and wont answer wont receive phone calls. Police action is going to be required. Rich

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealership sold me a vehicle over 60 days ago and I have still not received a title or registration. I have contacted them numerous times and nobody wants to pick up the phone. I’ve had 1 person pick up 3 times and each time gave an excuse. I’ve contacted PENNDOT and they don’t have any information in their system about the vehicle even being sold to us. A dealer has 20 days from the sale to submit their paperwork to the state. I asked them to give me the WIB number that Penndot issues them when they submit their paperwork and they have never gotten back to me. I will have PENNDOT dealer audit and I will be in contact with the attorney general. They were fast to take my money and answer calls to make the sale happen but when I call to ask where my title is nobody wants to answer. I do not recommend doing any business with them. Too many red flags, very shady.

On the phone trying to reach them to discuss an issue.....Its been an hour and still waiting for someone to answer!

Some of the finest people I have ever had the privilege of doing business with! They helped me get out of a seemingly impossible situation with my old vehicle and went above and beyond to get me into the Jeep Wrangler I’ve always wanted. Josh and the staff are top notch and you NEED to put this dealership on your list if you’re looking for a used vehicle!! They treated me with respect and honesty every step of the way! Other dealers wanted nothing to do with my situation but WOW Auto and Josh stepped up and made me feel like I was buying a Bentley. I just want to thank them all for everything they did for me!!

It was a great buying experience working with Jon to buy my wife's dream car, a Jeep Wrangler. I would definitely recommend WOW Auto and Jon to anyone looking to buy a used car. He, along with the rest of the staff, went out of their way to assist us and provided great customer service. When I have to buy a car for my soon to be driving child, I will start at WOW Auto first.
