The customer service at Kia North in Danvers is outstanding. On Sunday morning my grandson googled two cars for me to look at. One car was at Kia North and the other car was xx Honda North. The two places are one dealership. Elias brought the Subaru to Kia North. I was able to look at the two cars side-by-side. I chose the Rav4. Elias and his team are the best around. Nick put together a list of things that I needed to do to purchase the car. Stephen emailed me the paperwork. On Thursday, I drove out of the dealership with my car. It was perfectly detailed. The registration was in the glove compartment. The plates were attached. Elias showed me the car’s features and answered my questions. I had such a great experience with Kia North. Elias was knowledgeable, thorough, and provided me with a great deal for my car. Super easy!
