Both Elias and Finance person Jason really worked hard to get me into my new Kia they were so thorough going over everything when I picked the car up Elias was so patient explained everything in full detail and answered all my questions . I would definitely recommend KIA of Danvers and to ask for Elias

My experience was very pleasant. The salesman did not try to pressure me . The test ride was enjoyable and gave me a good feel for the car.when I decided to purchase the vehicle the financing process was very smooth. I am happy that I chose Kia of north danvers to buy my Telluride.

Buying the car was ok .
Buying the car was ok . Bought an expensive extended warranty which I have no paperwork on , Cassie was nice but it was pass the buck . It spent 2 weeks in shop for shaking at 60 said did a complete brake job but no paperwork . It still shakes I went for an oil change as had to call they never put a sticker on from when it was done before purchasing. I went for oil change and told them aboot shaking still as I left voice nails and nobody calls back under staffed maybe but I was told it would need rear brakes soon as reason for shake ? They said previously they did a brake job ? They also did a 24 point inspection 2 weeks ago while waiting everything checked out on paperwork except they mentioned rear brakes . Well the battery was fine too but it died sat stranded in heat waiting for triple a to come for a jump barely made it home died again triple a came back out at 10 pm to jump but couldn’t do a battery test till the am yesterday so called again and the. Battery was bulging out like it was gonna explode according to there inspection as I could see myself . I was forced to have a new one put in on spot . I told them it was just checked out at dealer I bought sr and have the 24 pt inspection paper that said alleged they checked it and was fine . A joke and thou they seem nice I feel like they just throw stuff at you . I would call them today but they don’t answer the phones or call you back .it seems there’s communication after your purchase and then it’s the run around .
