We had a wonderful experience at Kia North Danvers. Our Salesman Tom, was the best at his job. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, absolutely no pressure, and great to work with. We left with a 2025 Kia Sorrento and thanks to Tom, who made the whole process seamless.

Frustrating experience with Kia North. The purchase went smoothly, but pickup was bungled and I had to come back multiple times. Limited knowledge about the cars they're selling.

Brought car in for check engine light.

Brought car in for check engine light. They downloaded code, preformed complimentary checkout, I got the “needed service” from the checkout before the diagnosis of the original problem. I guess you need to spend money no matter what here. Once they told me the problem with check engine light, they said the service manager had to research the problem. Maybe YouTube. This place is horrible. Had car towed out and never looked back

From the moment I walked in, Thomas Estabrook and team were welcoming, professional, and super responsive — whether in person or over email. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions quickly and clearly. The manager John Dalfonso I dealt with was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about helping.
