I found everyone to be extremely helpful and friendly. The associate that helped me was Christina. She was very attentive and kept me updated on what was happening before the inspection was completed. I will be going there for my service in the future.

I was treated very special at the dealership even though

I was treated very special at the dealership even though I was not buying a Kia car. I haven’t checked to make sure the problem has been fixed because I can only check it on rainy day. I called to let them know that I have something else I need looked at and they were so kind and said when I need them just call and they will look at it. I will and have recommended this dealership to other people

We went to look at a car we saw online that we were

We went to look at a car we saw online that we were interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, it had sold already. But fortunately for us, we were greeted by Noah (Shannon). He broke the bad news about the car being sold, but offered to assist us in finding a similar vehicle to the one we were interested in. We ended up looking at two other vehicles and drove our new vehicle home that day! Noah answered all our questions and we didn’t feel any pressure or “hard sells”. Happy we made the drive to Kia North!

I just completed a purchase of my 2025 Kia Sorento SX

I just completed a purchase of my 2025 Kia Sorento SX Hybrid Prestige with the Salesman named Noah Shannon and was treated with exceptional courtesy and respect from him and all the staff members including the service dept crew which he introduced me to as well. Noah answered the many questions I asked and I mean many to the best of his ability that satisfied me with all the stuff this vehicle has to offer me. I think other dealerships could take a page out of how they operate and make the experience of purchasing a new car much easier less frustrating, and much more pleasant and enjoyable experience for you. Just Saying!!!

Cassie was such a help to us buy a new car at our age ( 86-84)was quite a challenge. The new store in Danvers is definitely top of the line. Our 2925 Kia Soul has all the bells and whistles we need for safety are fantastic. Thank you all for your help.
