I had a disappointing experience with Groove Subaru while trying to purchase a vehicle. Communication was inconsistent and confusing. I received calls/texts from multiple people, but there did not seem to be a clear point of contact or any real follow-through. I was interested in a specific vehicle and tried to discuss pricing and next steps, but I never received a clear resolution or meaningful negotiation. Instead, the communication felt scattered, and I was left waiting for responses after previously getting quick replies. It made the process feel unnecessarily frustrating, especially as a serious buyer who was ready to move forward if the numbers made sense. I understand dealerships can be busy, and pricing may change with the market, but the lack of clear communication and lack of follow-up made the experience feel unprofessional. I would have appreciated a straightforward answer either way.

My experience was unlike any other I’ve had at previous dealerships. It was professional yet friendly and the team went above and beyond for me. What is usually a daunting, stressful experience, was turned into something quite the opposite— I never felt pressured or confused. There has been a significant amount of outreach since my purchase to ensure I’m a satisfied customer, which is very comforting as well.

Shady and slimy! Our daughter is in college- got in a terrible accident- we had to replace her car- after weeks of looking we decided to work with Groove. We had a Dessert Khaki Crosstrek presented to us - we agreed on it with them. We were ready to buy Saturday following talks Friday 3-6. The car wasn’t even listed yet! They told us it needed some repairs so it wouldn’t be ready until later the following week, but they would let us know! Our daughter is in Laramie and needed a ride to Denver to get the car- we explained we needed to coordinate and to let us know when it was ready and we would be there! They told us Monday- when they checked in with us it was in the recon and detailing and they would let us know when it was ready. Today, Tuesday 3-10 we called- to check in - as our daughter was able to get a ride Thursday to see if the car would be ready by then- THEY SOLD IT! Out from under us! Then the jerk who runs the store had the nerve to ask us if we wanted to buy another car from them- xxxx no! We are a Subaru family and will be letting corporate know about the terrible customer service this dealership has. What a slimy and shady dealership! Avoid if you can we all know Denver had many other options! Integrity is something the salesman at this place do not have.

The quality of a business is rooted in how they respond to feedback; but it also stems from how they do business in the first place. The Groove Subaru team showed me its shortcomings - in communication, follow through, and quality of care - but this team also demonstrated that it can show up when addressing a customer's disappointment. What began as a ruined day became a lesson learned, and a reflection on the process of buying a car. I appreciate the nuance of a deal that didn't work out, the details that may get lost in the shuffle, and I can begin to respect an establishment that tries to course-correct after being rude and short-sighted. I felt overlooked and unappreciated in my recent interactions with this business, but this business is willing to close the gaps and try to make it right. You have lots of options when you're buying a car. What matters in the end (especially with Subaru) is the care that is given along the way. We didn't end up buying a car at Groove. But you might. If you do, if they have what you're looking for, give them a shot. They'll do their best to get you a good deal and to deliver a good experience.

Terrible customer service and communication. They even insult you with crappy trade in prices. Worst of all they increased the vehicle price i was going to purchase from 25K to now 27K. Dont buy from this dealership ever!!!
