The only thing I can tell you they did for me is they drove the van to me. Free of charge so I appreciate that. Obviously by Having them drive it down from 35 miles away that was a huge plus. They got down here with the van the brakes Need to be replaced squeaked and squealed during the whole test drive. To be honest, I can’t believe the manager let the kid drive it down here in that condition with as bad as the brakes were. Then they proceeded to give it to me with less than a quarter tank of gas in it. And I know times are tough and people have to do what they have to do but when I spend $20,000 on something I would like somebody to be honest with me during conversations saying hey you know the break pads need to be replace or hey we’re gonna give you this van and we’re gonna give it to you with no gas in it. Deal?? Anyway, I know At this point, I got the van I wanted. Just wasn’t expecting to have to put $400 plus into something that I just purchased. So is my fault for signing all the papers and all this and that but I’m trying to run a business we got a loan to get the van. They didn’t bring the van down till they got the loan money and I figured it would be too much of a pain in the xxx to send them back with that van and have it fixed, or just completely reject the van. Lesson learned. I would not recommend these people to anybody. If I did I definitely wouldn’t have them drive it to you cause they definitely won’t inform you on any issues.

Seems like they don't want to put in any effort to sell their vehicles, apprently they don't like to sell to customers out of state. Very unfriendly salesmen. I understand dealerships add on unnecessary sales fees, but they act like they are doing me a favor by inflating and tacking on additional unnecessary fees. I would have easily paid for the additional fees IF they were nice. Think they all need a lesson in customer service. In the end they didn't sell me the vehicle because I questioned their dealer fees.

Dealership did not respond to either referral or direct email. Disappointing, I was very interested in the car.

Worst car purchasing experience in 35 year plus. I saw a vehicle online, reached, first they did not know how to sell a vehicle to an out of state customer, then spoke to another employee had experience and assured me that as long as i do not drive in CA and get the vehicle transported they can have the car registered in Texas. I agreed. They told me to fill out an application. I did, I also told them my bank was offering me a 5.99 rate with 10k down. The salesman told me they can beat that rate with my 850+ score. I agreed and told them to proceed. The whole day I waited for a call to get the outcome,in the meantime I had already booked my flight. After so many text and false promises that they would reach out to me / call me. I finally called them in the evening and asked for an update. They said the bank had declined, My question, why did they not tell me sooner and gave me a run around, I would have just called my bank and got it done, but after all that I lost money in cancelling my flight and plus took a hit on my credit. I understand that banks can be reject but communication is very important. What a shame....... worst worst.

Went in looking for a car and ended up working there. Great cars and low prices.

Don’t buy from here!! They false advertise in auto trader. I called for a car they had advertised and emailed them. They emailed me back to come look at the car. They never had the car. I was told the car is not ready and I could look at other cars. Why email me and tell me to come look at the car if you don’t have it the car. The sales guy was a real piece of work as well. Wish I would have looked at all the reviews, as I can this is common practice.

They committed fraud by adding extra charges without my consent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They’re ignoring all my calls and text. They don’t want to remove these charges now I’m out 2k because of this. Sales person name is Jared. If I don’t get these charges dropped I’m going to have to file a law suit against this so called company.
