There were four recalls and all were completed except for one. Didn?t have the parts to repair one of the recalls. One would think if there was a recall that required parts, the parts would be in stock.

Lukies was great. I came prepared having researched the car and had a million follow-up questions. He knocked it out of the park - answered all my questions and explained the promotions to me and how I could save money by taking advantage of the promotions. Very friendly and knowledgeable. A smooth process.

I'm not a review kind of person so this is a tough one but feels necessary nevertheless: I took my 2020 Palisade in to Mountain Hyundai early April '26 for 2 recalls: 1) 3rd row seatbelt malfunction which could cause ejection during rollover (fun for the kids I guess?) and 2) malfunctioning rear shocks. My shocks were already broken so that recall timed well. After waiting in the dealership for about 3 hours, they finally said they could put me in a loaner car while they finished diagnosing it. An hour after I left the dealership then called and said I needed to come pick up my Palisade and take it home as the parts for repair are on backorder and they don't know when it can be fixed. I told them "I'm not comfortable with you telling me to drive my vehicle home (with my small children) knowing there are open recalls" to which I was told I can just keep the loaner car. I was asked to come back down about a month later so they could renew my loaner car, so I made the drive down, they renewed and I went home. Fast forward to Tuesday, 6/30, I called to ask for the status on my car and was told it was ready for pick up (they never called though, I called them). I drove down, picked up my car and as I was driving out could immediately tell the shocks had not been fixed. I circled around, pulled back into the bay and had the service manager come on a drive with me where he immediately confirmed the shocks were not fixed and deeply apologized for 1) Telling me it was fixed when it wasn't and 2) Letting me drive off the property in a damaged vehicle. He said they would get it back in rotation and call me when it was ready. Unfortunately, on my way home that day, a piece of gravel popped up on I-76 and caused a chip on the Loaner car that turned into a crack. I immediately contacted Jesse Rodarte and Angelica Maes to let them know what happened. On Friday, July 3rd, I was notified via text that my Loaner car was being retired and I needed to bring it back in for another one. Given the short notice and holiday weekend, I didn't have time to get the windshield fixed. I brought the loaner in on Monday, 7/6 and asked David Hunn, Service Director, if they could just handle the windshield in house given the frustration of the past 10 weeks and multiple fruitless trips I had to make to the dealership. David called me today, 7/10, to say no and that a claim would need to be filed to get the Windshield replaced. If Hyundai had made a better vehicle in the outset, there wouldn't have been a double recall (and broken shocks) that had me bringing the vehicle in to begin with. If Hyundai's service team had not made the mistake of telling me my car was ready on 6/30, I wouldn't have driven down there in the loaner and wouldn't have gotten a piece of gravel in the windshield on my way home. If my car was ready, then it would have been my vehicle getting the damage, not the loaner. And if Mountain Hyundai would just own up to their mistakes in these last 10 weeks and eat the cost of the repair, I wouldn't be leaving this review. It's not any one person's fault but a systematic failure of processes. Tyler, if you'd like to discuss, please reach out. Thank you. *Since this post, I was contacted by the dealership and told they would like to work with me but not if I'm "review bombing". Telling the truth isn't review bombing. Are you asking me to lie about my experience? Now waiting on a possible call from their Owner/GM.

Service is subpar for sure. Took my sante fe for warranty work and my windshield cracked. They refused to fix it. Took my new palisade there and they botched another recall and had to redo it. Not to mention the mechanic left dirty finger marks on my upholstery. This service dept needs a overhaul it seems.

Kaylee was absolutely amazing! She explained everything about the car and allowed me to test drive multiple cars to figure out what I wanted. The financial manager was also amazing. I can not say enough good things about my experience.

Very friendly and the work was done on time and quickly. The dealer worked our recall into the scheduled oil change with little hassle or increased time.

It was a long process but worth it. Mike found the car we were looking for at the price we wanted.. I would recommend Mountain Hyundai to my friends.

I have purchased many cars over the years, but this is the first time my experience was absolutely smooth, and pleasant. Isabella was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and thorough. I have already recommended her co-workers and a friend.

Cars always cost so much to repair anywhere! But the service was fast and the facilities are clean and everyone was professional and helpful. My car is older but I was treated very nice and friendly they offered me a ride home if I needed one but the service was done in the time that they said it would be so I didn?t need a ride.I would have my car serviced there again.
