Waited over an hour for an oil change.

Waited over an hour for an oil change. Has an online appointment that was never confirmed. They fit me in, but no record of online reservation. Service guy forgot about me, after an hour I approached him and he realized that my car had been done. Appreciate the $49.95 coupon!

After my last experience with this Nissan dealership, I

After my last experience with this Nissan dealership, I am never returning for either service or to purchase a vehicle. They are the stereotypical new car dealer that lacks professionalism and common decency. Just rude and unaware of the “we don’t give a xxxx” attitude they project.

Danny was wonderful to work with. He was super professional, friendly and took care of me. He communicated well and made sure everything was done to my standards.

Nothing like car salesmen to quote you $1000 more work

Nothing like car salesmen to quote you $1000 more work than other mechanics, then once they realize you're just there for recall work and won't be using them for the car's repairs, to make you wait 45 minutes while they "get your paperwork in order". Ridiculous.
