The staff is respectful and patient.

The staff is respectful and patient. They explained things for me to understand. Good customer service. They were not as pushy like other dealerships/service stations. I am a repeated customer.

I went to Ziegler Nissan in Gurnee to get information about a recall and they serve my car the very same day. After 45 minutes approximately my car was ready to go. I was very satisfied with the customer service and the quickness of the job.
