Had a terrible experience from start to finish. Their staffing needs better training. Took them 6 hours to sell me a car just to get a call back the next day because they input the incorrect mileage on the car being sold to me. They made we return the car and start over the process.

Be sure to have an independent shop review any vehicle. Their in-house inspection missed key expensive repairs. Two weeks later I’ve been offered reimbursement at my local shop for repairs. I have to wonder what else was missed? They've declined to replace tires that have obvious inside wearing effecting road noise and vibrations.
